Security and Privacy is extremely important to us and to crypto users. It is only by being extremely diligent about security that we are successful. One wrong move and we could lose our business. We are in the business of making and selling cool products, and we want to continue doing so which is only possible by ensuring we keep our freedom and do not allow any compromises on security. It is extremely important to us that we keep the trust of our customers and potential customers and that we are as secure as possible in our crypto dealings. To that end, we want to outline our general procedures for protecting your privacy and securing your information.

1. All crypto products that involve generating private key materials are done completely offline and in a secure Key Makers room. There is no connectivity to any network on the machines that are used to create anything with a private key.
2. All templates, graphics, wallets assets, automation, and key generators are kept on a removable encrypted drive. This drive is used to generate all crypto product images and keys, which are destroyed on the device upon use/imprint. This is an automated process. The device is then removed and secured in a safe. Even if someone unauthorized were somehow able to access the drive, reading the drive requires a passphrase only known to the owner, and a one-time code that regenerates every 30 seconds. Entering the wrong information to many times or tampering with the device can potentially render the device completely useless.
3. Once keying materials, QR Codes, and Images are printed or used, that information is completely wiped from the encrypted drive mentioned in #2. We do not keep ANY information except the serial numbers of the wallets we create, and the template images and template assets which do not contain any key information. This is an automated process
4. There is only 1 person ( The Key Maker) allowed to make these products at any given time. This is done in a secured area where no cell phones, paper, pens, or other means of copying or recording is available. All actions are observed by a second source outside of the Key Maker room. The key maker actually only comes in contact with key material very briefly. That is once the item comes off the press or laser and the key maker secures/hides the key. Once complete, the automation process destroys anything with key information from the secured device.
5. There is nothing that ties any private key information to you or your account. After the sale, all we know is that you ordered a crypto product, what that product was, and possibly a serial number. We do not have ANY way to tie the product, order, or serial number back to any private key information. For example, we know you bought a wallet, and we may know the serial number in the case of “Trade  Notes” or “Bearer Wallets” but we have no way of knowing any of the key information except in cases where you have provided your public key or BIP38 encrypted key info in our messaging system. We NEVER put private key information anywhere except in the encrypted drive which is erased immediately upon printing, lasering, or other imprint or on the product itself which is promptly secured/hidden on the product.

We never share your information with anyone. Your crypto is your business and no one else’s. My crypto is my business and no one else’s. We make sure it stays that way on our end.
